Waldron Engineering was engaged to act as the Independent Engineer on behalf of the owner, Con Edison Development.
The installed facility generates 535 MW of electricity using natural gas or No. 2 Fuel Oil. Emissions is controlled by using a combination of low NOx combustion and SCR in the HRSG.
Waldron had a full-time presence on-site to supervise the design, construction, commissioning and testing of the plant on the owner’s behalf.
