These hydroelectric generating facilities are located on the Androscoggin River near Berlin, New Hampshire and on the Deerfield River in Northern Massachusetts. The facilities consist of:

• 11 hydroelectric generating stations with installed capacity of 94 MW, producing on average 551 GWh of electricity annually.
• One pumped storage generating station with installed capacity of 600 MW, producing on average 192 GWh of electricity annually.
• Interconnected to the New England power grid.
• Watershed area covering approximately 3,525 square kilometres with total water storage capacity of 133 GWh.
