Frank Manter, P.E. (Electrical Engineering Manager)
Frank joined WEI four years ago. He has over 25 years of engineering and managerial experience supporting the utility/energy industry in both professional design firms and electrical machinery manufacturing. He has been responsible for all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction documentation to field installation and start-up administration both stateside and international. Specific experience includes transmission lines and substations at 138kV and 115kV and distribution at 34.5kV and 13.8kV, including protective relaying and coordination. In-plant systems include Variable Frequency Drives and Soft Start Starters, Balance of Plant/DCS and SCADA controls equipment to Energy Rebate Programs. We are very fortunate to have Frank as part of our WEI team.
