John D. Sweet, P.E.
Project Manager
Mr. Sweet has 20 years of professional technical experience in the power generation industry. He has supervised the operation of nuclear power plants and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of an electrical distribution system that included four steam turbine generators and four diesel electric generators. He has spent the last 14 years in various engineering, design and project management roles in the private power industry. He has worked on the development of numerous fossil fuel fired power plants in North and South America as well as in Indonesia. His detailed engineering and design expertise is based primarily on the mechanical systems of combined cycle power plants, rankine cycle cogeneration plants and reciprocating engine based cogeneration plants.
Mr. Sweet's recent roles over the past five years have included project management and execution responsibility for engineer, procure and construction contract's as well as project management responsibility for numerous detailed engineering and equipment procurement contracts on various power project's.
