Mr. Racine has approximately 35 years of professional technical experience in the electric utility and energy production industries. Recent activity has involved consulting and project management activities in the electric power generation industry, while earlier engagements have involved engineering design and application of heavy rotating equipment such as steam and gas turbines, pumps, compressors and generators. Particular expertise has been accumulated over the years in the design, operation and performance of modern day combined cycle power plants, both conventionally fueled oil and gas fired units, as well as those fueled by integrated coal or oil gasification technology.
