Robert E. Garland
Design Leader
Mr. Garland manages the CAD Design staff for Waldron Engineering & Construction, Inc. He has 34 years of experience in the engineering industry associated with Power and Industrial projects. Prior to joining Waldron in 2001, Mr. Garland was a Lead Senior Designer with Stone & Webster Inc. Following completion of the Design Division Training program at Stone & Webster, Inc. in 1971 he was employed by Stone & Webster as a Drafter, working on numerous oil, gas, coal, wood-fired, and nuclear power plants. Other assignments included industrial, production, and pulp and paper projects. As a Senior Designer, Mr. Garland was responsible for the completion of all work associated with plant arrangements, machine locations, and piping drawings. His responsibilities at Waldron Engineering & Construction, Inc. include close affiliation with clients, vendors, and the construction forces.
